To use all EAP services, you need an individual account for this area. You can simply create your personal account here.

Company token*

The company token (formerly the company password) can be found on the company flyer, poster, or intranet.

Username*

Your username will be shown only to the counsellor. Choose an individual pseudonym here (not your company’s name or e-mail address).

Password*

The password must consist of at least 8 characters and contain uppercase letters and numbers.

Repeat password*

E-mail address*

Entering the e-mail address is necessary only for the actual counselling process and for resetting the password. Only you can see and change the e-mail address. You can also use a pseudonymised e-mail address without your real name.
